Orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. If it has been more then 14 days (30 days for international) and you haven't received your order please reach out via the chat or email and we will look into it for you.

Please note that if you order an item that is on pre-order your order will not be shipped till all items are released.

We ship to the UK, however, due to the incoming rules for GPSR we are unable to ship to EU regions as of the 6th December 2024, we hope to send to these countries again in the future but for now we apologize for the inconvience.
